“ I got the miso soup base with Toro Fatty Belly marinated. This is my go to place for shabu and it hits the spot everytime. The vegetables are refilled whenever we need and the meat marinade dipped in the sauce is so good! The service is great as the waiters are attentive with filling up our waters and providing us whatever we need. The ambiance has tables around the restaurant with a bar area to eat at as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone craving a warm, delicious pot of shabu! ”
“ Forever the #1 mokkoji! I've been coming here for 10+ years and the quality and service has always been the same. I don't know how they do it, but the quality is much different than other mokkoji's! I love the environment in there and they always have good music. ”
“ I always order the spicy sukiyaki and add two hot drops to each sauce! Food is consistent and delicious. I like that we now can join the wait list via Yelp! ”
“ Wonderful food, not AYCE but serves high quality meats and veggies, service is excellent and on point, ambiance is relaxed and calming. Would recommend for a Shabu place if you looking to try a set menu and have the crave for quality food with limited time. ”
“ My favorite place for non AYCE shabu. The service is solid. The electric stoves for the bowls are built into the tables. The restaurant is compact, and the tables can get a little cramped with all of the dishes. My go-to is the toro fatty belly with the sukiyaki broth. The sukiyaki broth comes with a raw egg dip for the meats. Beware of the hot drops - they are extremely spicy. 1 drop tends to be enough for most people that I go with; I prefer none at all. ”
